Winter Hike with Workshop: The Use of Comfrey

Description

On this day, winter plants and shrubs are the focus. We get to know some tree and shrub species of our region: conifers and deciduous trees as well as berries that adorn the bushes of our hedges, and we brush the snow aside to reveal hay underneath, which is not so inconspicuous. Whether for a soup or a bath – we don't make a big deal out of it! The main focus is on what we've learned and socializing, spending a cozy time together. Movement is encouraged both during the thematic hike and the creative workshop. We explore the many facets of comfrey. Guided excursion in French.

General Information

The winter hike takes you through the snowy landscape of Grand Chasseral and offers insights into local plants and trees. Afterwards, participants can make their own comfrey ointment in a workshop.
