Embark on a walk through various natural environments, from wetlands along the Suze or its tributaries to drier areas, discovering the wild plants of our region. Accompanied by a mountain guide with a federal diploma and a specialist in wild plants, you will learn to identify species using your senses. You will discover how to harvest them, their virtues, and the toxic plants they can be confused with. Back at the host's home, it's time for cooking! Get hands-on, alone or in small groups, and prepare an original meal from your harvest. From starter to dessert, you'll learn different ways to prepare wild plants and turn them into tasty dishes. The day ends around the table, in a family-friendly and convivial atmosphere, sharing the dishes prepared together. Recipes will be provided at the end of the course so you can continue the experience at home.
