Description

Together with Querbeet and a regional winemaker, a special vegetarian gourmet evening is created. Querbeet stands for seasonal and regional organic products, carefully selected and with close ties to the producers. What grows in the fields and farms of the region forms the inspiration for the menu. The kitchen team transforms the selected products into a creative vegetarian menu. Accompanying this, a winemaker from the region presents suitable wines and provides insights into the wines, the work, and the craft.

General Information
