Starting September 17, 2026, game season is back at s’nani in Laax. The menu features venison, mushrooms, pumpkin, juniper, and chestnuts. Chef Gimmy and his team are revisiting familiar fall dishes and putting their own spin on them. Just the way we like it: Grandma’s recipes reimagined. Brutally local. We’ll kick things off with smoked venison fillet on brioche with herb mayonnaise and juniper-infused pear. Prefer something warming? How about our roasted pumpkin soup? We also combine familiar flavors with our own creative twists in the main courses: The homemade ravioli stuffed with game are served with venison jus and mushroom powder.
