A practical course that enables you to safely identify and process herbs and medicinal plants in everyday life. Each day includes a nature walk and preparing our lunch with forest and meadow herbs, as well as seasonal topics listed below. After these 4 days, you will have very good basic knowledge of wild herbs and know different preservation methods and the healing effects of the most well-known herbs and plants.
