Learn with me the beauty and diversity of our wild herbs mindfully in the annual cycle. We move in the rhythm of nature, learn about plants and trees and their healing effects, and find out how and which annual cycle festivals are celebrated. A practical course that enables you to safely recognize and process herbs and medicinal plants in everyday life. Each day includes a nature walk and the preparation of our lunch with forest and meadow herbs as well as seasonal topics (see below). After these 4 days, you will have very good basic knowledge of wild herbs and know various preservation methods and the healing effects of the best-known herbs and plants.
