Biggi Binder's (former singer of Wendrsonn) new band WILDFLOWER Something is blooming for us! The Soundgarden of Wildflower is the playground for five international musicians who cultivate their very own musical style with a lot of soul and energy, deeply rooted in the tradition of blues, rock, and soul. Sparkling joy of playing, pulsating grooves, and a multifaceted voice are the components of Wildflower power. Singer and multi-instrumentalist Biggi Binder, pianist, keyboardist, and producer Jean-Pierre Barraqué from France, drummer Thomas Keltsch, Mr. Bass Man Rolf Kersting, and the in the USA born and raised guitarist Steve Mushrush have long been among the most sought-after live and studio musicians, not only in the Stuttgart area. The busy Biggi Binder, who was awarded as the best folk singer at the German Rock & Pop Prize in 2016 as the frontwoman of the folk-rock band Wendrsonn, impresses with an expressive voice and very personal lyrics. The charming singer also brings multi-layered sound colors into play with tin whistle, accordion, and percussion. The solid foundation is provided by the experienced bassist Rolf Kersting, a long-standing member of the live bands of The Voice Kids and Let's Dance. With his distinctive and imaginative playing style — and his height of 1.94 m — he is one of the most outstanding musicians in Germany and fills the bass range with stylish, earthy-sensual sound. Guitarist Steve Mushrush, born in the USA and raised in Canada, has his musical roots in jazz. His playful multi-string playing shapes the typical Wildflower sound in a skillful way. Jean-Pierre Barraqué from Sancerre, who produced The Cure in his studio, has made a name for himself not only here in Germany as a pianist, keyboardist, and producer. With French nonchalance and sunny inspiration, he also ensures a good mood on stage, not only musically. With Thomas Keltsch on drums, one of the most sought-after drummers in the Stuttgart metropolitan area is playing. Thanks to his broad education in both classical orchestral music and jazz and pop music, he performs in numerous musicals and bands and impresses with his musical virtuosity and versatility. With their debut album The Cure, the artistic alliance of the five musicians is bearing its first fruits, and with their dynamic stage presence, the charming band promises an impressive musical experience live!
