In this excursion, we take a close look and find the inconspicuous wild plants of the cold season. Learn to identify healing and edible wild plants of winter and distinguish them from toxic ones. Discover how you can easily incorporate wild plants into your home pharmacy and kitchen even in winter. Enjoy a homemade winter punch with wild plants, listen to stories from the winter plant world, and see how creative nature can be. Led by Jasmin Ursprung. Who is this for? This event is suitable for persons aged 16 and over. Requirements for participation: None. Register by 2.11.2026. Equipment: The course takes place outdoors. Wear weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes, and possibly bring note-taking materials. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
