And today, it's especially busy. The children are visiting the Cookie Emergency, Nikolaus needs his annual XXXL whole grain cookie power pack, and the incense smoker and the nutcracker are also chattering in between. Then, when an urgent heart cookie emergency call comes in, Alfons Zuckerwatte experiences something he's never had before: he can't deliver!

There's only one option: to bake a heart cookie immediately. Will he manage to do it?
