Description
After three Christmas celebrations with Charles Dickens and his Ebenezer Scrooge, Daniel Rohr and Klaus Hemmerle have unearthed a new Christmas story that is exciting, funny, and touching. In Wolfdietrich Schnurres fairy-tale narration "The Flight to Egypt", we land at a Christmas market in Berlin of the 1920s. There, harsh customs and freezing cold prevail – to warm up, head next door to the Pergamon Museum, to the Egyptian Department. An exciting plot with truly biblical motifs awaits you, along with touching characters, not exactly spoiled by life but with hearts in the right place. And we also find the Rigiblick band amidst the hustle and bustle, searching for pop musical, emotional and catchy Christmas songs. You will find them with Tom Waits and Bob Dylan, Greg Lake, Mumford & Sons, Joni Mitchell, and John Lennon. And when Anna Känzig and Lukas Langenegger let their angelic voices resound, everything, everything will be alright again. Merry Christmas!
