Invitation to the public forest walk Rüti 2026 Sunday, September 27, 2026, 09:45 AM This year's forest walk will focus on the special weather situation of the current year and the still uncertain future.
Thomas Oswald will also give us an insight into his fruit farming operation. We will learn about the challenges he faces directly in his cultures. We are curious! We meet at the parking lot of the Rüti Tennis Club, Niggitalweidholzweg, 8630 Rüti ZH.
From there, we will start a tour towards Föriholz and continue to the production areas of Oswald Fruit Farming.
After the walk, we will enjoy a sausage from the grill in the fruit orchard and have time for further discussions about the weather, the forest, and crunchy fruit.
The forest walk is open to the public. Besides the invited members of the Rüti Maintenance Cooperative and authorities, everyone is warmly welcome!
The forest walk takes place in all weather conditions.
