Description

ADHD affects many areas of life – whether in everyday life, in the family environment, or at work. Regardless of whether you live with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis yourself, accompany a family member, or come into contact with the topic professionally: Our regulars' table in Rüti (ZH) offers those affected, relatives, and interested parties a valuable opportunity for exchange in a relaxed atmosphere.

The aim of the meeting is to share experiences, clarify questions, learn from each other, and support each other. In addition to the exchange of information, mutual understanding and the feeling of not being alone with one's own challenges are particularly central.
