Description

A hike that invites you to slow down and observe the forest differently. Along the walk, we will meet remarkable trees and learn to read their history through their shapes, scars, traces of life they harbor, and the influence of their environment. Special attention will be given to old trees, true refuges for biodiversity and precious witnesses of time, to better understand their essential role in ecosystems. This outing offers simple keys, between current sciences and traditional knowledge, to develop a sensitive and curious eye on these giants of the plant world and, more broadly, on the living around us. This guided outing is offered by Laure Oberli, forest engineer and anthropologist.
