Winter Workshop Hike: Using Comfrey

Description

From Mont-Soleil to St-Imier, a hike reveals plants and trees of winter from the Grand Chasseral. A creative workshop will then allow participants to make their own comfrey ointment. This day highlights the plants and woody plants present in winter. We will discover some species from our regions: conifers and deciduous trees, berries decorating the bushes of our hedges, and we will scratch the snow to find some not-so-ordinary hay. Whether used for a soup or a bath, we won't make a fuss about it! The focus will be on the knowledge gained and the conviviality of spending a warm moment together. Moving during the thematic hike as well as during the creative workshop. We will discover comfrey in all its facets. \- Departure by funicular from Saint\-Imier at 10:35 am, arriving at Mont\-Soleil at 10:39 am. The descent is on foot.
