WITH KATIA SOPHIA DITZLER Katia Sophia Ditzler is a transdisciplinary media artist, author, and filmmaker. She studied Literary Writing, Ethnology, Shadow Puppet Theater, Philosophy, and Transdisciplinarity in Leipzig, Kyiv, Moscow, Yogyakarta, Melbourne, Berlin, and Zurich. Works across text, sound, video, performance, and extended reality. Her texts have appeared in various publications in the German-speaking world, and her first multimedia poetry collection "Songs of Boldness" was published in 2022 by Elif Verlag. Her films, installations, and hybrid works have been shown internationally at festivals and exhibitions across Europe, Asia, America, and Australia. Her work mainly deals with political mythologies, propaganda, and narratives of Eastern Europe.
