The works of Veronika Roubínková arise primarily from the moment. She does not follow a predetermined plan but rather intuition, inner impulse, and emotion that is projected into her drawing or painting at that moment. Spontaneity is crucial for her – the resulting works are an authentic record of experience, not a premeditated composition. The creative process itself is perceived by the author as a personal form of therapy. She does not attempt to convey a clear meaning or a specific story to the viewer. Instead, she leaves space for personal interpretation and emotions that each visitor projects onto the images. The exhibition features large-format reproductions of the author's paintings, complemented by ink drawings created directly in the gallery space. The installation thus becomes an open process that evolves on-site and responds to the given space and the author's current creative mood. A complementary program will take place in the form of a workshop titled Spatial Ink Drawing on Wednesday, September 30 at 5 PM in the Gallery of Josef Liesler.
