An exhibition that takes stock of the spectacular increase in our sugar consumption over the past century and its harmful effects on our health. Understanding the effects of sugar on our health, becoming aware of the sugar content in processed foods, and preventing risks associated with excessive sugar intake are the goals of the exhibition. You can test your knowledge about sugar with our sweet quiz, find out the number of sugar cubes in common foods... enlightening, or even place your piece in the delicious collaborative puzzle! This activity is part of the Semaine du goût and is among the 'Planète' favorites of the event.
