Description

The notes Bb-D-F form a beautiful Bb major triad. The same letters also stand for the first names of Bettina Boller (violin), Domenic Janett (clarinet), and Flurin Caviezel (accordion). They form the "Trio Surpraisa." Classical music meets folk music; tango (Astor Piazzolla) follows film music (Nino Rota); an adagio (Mozart) for once on the accordion. And in the virtuosic concert piece "Scene de Ballet" (Charles-August de Bériot), everything is demanded from the violin and the violinist. Of course, their own works are also performed, such as the well-known mazurka "La Tschiaindra" by Domenic Janett, a tribute to his home community of Tschlin. And much more.
