Do you feel like trembling together with others and enjoy having your trembling process accompanied? Let yourself be enriched by the TRE® experience and the exchange in the group. The dates can be attended individually. Prerequisite: You have already attended a one-on-one session or an introductory course with a TRE® provider.
What to bring:
- Wear gym clothes
- Pillow or terry cloth
- Bath towel as a mat cover
- Warm socks
- Water bottle
- Possibly note-taking materials
- Course fee in cash
