Saying goodbye and losing a loved one are significant turning points in human life. They are among the most painful experiences. Grief is a natural, emotional, and healthy way to process such farewells and losses.
To express grief, it can be helpful to meet other people on this path and pause for a moment with them.
With the Bereavement Café, we offer a regular meeting for moderated exchange and encounter.
Participation is free and open to all adults.
The Bereavement Café is non-denominational and no registration is required.
