In 2027, The Busters will celebrate forty years. Sounds a bit like an anniversary brochure, a badge of honor, and a covered apple cake? Don't worry, we're not there yet! Instead, the band will go on tour from December 2026 to March 2027 under the lovingly self-ironic motto "Fette Fierzich" – after all, The Busters have accumulated quite a lot in four decades: experiences, stories, a few gray hairs – but definitely no desire to stand still. Since 1987, The Busters have been known for passionate shows with an explosive mix of Ska, Rock'n'Roll, Reggae, and Punk, and a brass section that still regularly ignores speed limits today. But The Busters also stand for a clear conviction: against racism, exclusion, looking away, for openness and solidarity. The "Fette Fierzich" tour is not a retro show in the armchair, but pure The Busters energy: loud, wild, connecting, and with attitude. Forty years of band history are just the beginning – and provide more than enough material for new stories.
