Description

Choosing what to study can seem like a daunting task, but for girls in vocational, high, and specialized schools, there is an unmissable opportunity to break the mold and discover the fantastic world of science and technology! Soroptimist International (Locarno, Lugano, and Moesano Clubs) is stepping in with a fundamental initiative for gender equality in education, inviting all female students to "Tea Time with Science and Technology." An engaging and stimulating afternoon to overcome old gender stereotypes. How it works:
Girls will have the chance to meet face-to-face with professional women and experts, exploring three different fields across a wide range of subjects (from computer science to architecture, from medicine to artificial intelligence, and even engineering and physics). All this accompanied by a rich snack.
