Description
Many know the popular TV presenter Tatjana Geßler from the regional news. Or as a filmmaker and dedicated animal lover. The multi-talent is also a globally successful author, with over 50 book publications in eleven countries such as Japan, Korea, Italy, or France. And she is an engaging singer and songwriter. Frieder Berlin was a music editor at SWR for decades and has always been at home on stage as a musician. Not only with his own jazz band, the Frieder Berlin Trio, but also with Charly and the Jivemates, the band of the Prince of Hohenzollern, and with the SWR 1 band, with which he has accompanied many great artists including Chris deBurgh, John Miles (Music was my first love), Tony Hadley (Spandau Ballet), Holly Johnson (Frankie goes to Hollywood), Ian Paice and Roger Glover (Deep Purple), Ken Hensley (Uriah Heep), Stefan Gwildis, and many more. Look forward to Tatjana Geßler – she sings her own songs, as well as evergreen hits and titles from swing and pop repertoire, accompanied by Frieder Berlin on piano. In between, she reads from her books highly entertaining stories about monkeys, seals, and other animals – stories she experienced with them while making films. Copyright: Organizer
