Wine Chapters by Wine Education Switzerland is a series of thematically focused wine events for wine lovers, students, collectors, and all the curious – a unique concept in Switzerland. Without lengthy lectures, but with well-founded knowledge: each of the 10 chapters is dedicated to a region, a style, or a producer and shows what is often missing in traditional teaching – casually conveyed, including the logic behind classic wine-food pairings. Our chapter series includes Rioja, Bordeaux, Ribera del Duero, Pinot Noir, sweet wines, sparkling wines, Austrian and Hungarian wines, as well as naturally aged Swiss wines. Take a look at our selection of chapters and choose the topics that interest you. Each session is accompanied by food: although it is not a dinner, but a wine-pairing tasting, Chef Vincent Dettling serves six courses each time. The language of the session is English. Initiated by wine educator Lilla Fülöp and Master Sommelier Tony Lécuroux. You don't just participate – you are part of it.
