Svatý Martin v Šaldorfských sklepech

Description

A traditional celebration of young wines from the winemakers of Nový Šaldorf, held on the Saturday closest to St. Martin's Day. At 2 PM, you will meet the winemakers at the historic wooden press in the area between the cellars, where St. Martin's traditions will be remembered – children from the local kindergarten will sing songs about St. Martin, St. Martin will arrive on a white horse, and the priest will bless the young wines. Then, from 3 PM, the local wine cellars will open, where you can taste (not only) the first St. Martin's and young wines of the new vintage until the evening, as well as enjoy Martin's pastries and other treats.
