St. Martin in the Šaldorf Cellars

Description

On Saturday afternoon, visit the traditional celebration of young wines from the new Šaldorf winemakers. From 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, there will be a meeting with winemakers at the historic press, where we recall St. Martin's traditions – children from the local kindergarten sing songs about St. Martin, a scene is played out with Martin arriving on horseback, the priest blesses the young wines, and then the first toast with the young wine is made. From 3:00 PM, the wine cellars will open for visitors to taste the young wines. Come to the Šaldorf cellars, enjoy cold and warm refreshments, taste the young wines, and chat with the winemakers about the new vintage. Admission is free. You can purchase a glass for wine tasting at the press or from the winemakers.
