Description

This exhibition by Zurich artist Susanne Keller presents a poetic exploration of physical images, books, and installations that evoke the slow, contemplative act of discovery before the digital age. The show includes her renowned diorama series from 2007, inviting viewers into circus, opera, and fairground worlds through hidden viewing windows, as well as her black-and-white photographs from 2005-2007, which evoke memories and forgotten moments through atmospheric blurriness and selective exposure. Texts and poems displayed on the glass windows further explore themes of perception, artistic process, and theatricality.
