All the characters that psychiatrist Dr. Heinrich Hoffmann invented in 1845 for his children as funny stories with amusing pictures. Because: Those who won't listen must feel! Accompanied by surreal visual and musical worlds, it rebels against authorities and preemptive obedience. A little bit of horror show between slapstick and grotesque.
