Description

On Saturday, 18.04.2026 from 8:00 PM and on Saturday, 03.10.2026, the annual public observation evenings will take place. You will have the opportunity to learn about the spring and autumn constellations and go on a discovery journey with the large telescope in the night sky. Field glasses and warm clothing are recommended. The observatory can be reached by car as follows: from Mönthal to Ampferenhöhe, then 500m down towards Sulz. At the Elfingen junction, turn right into the small forest road and go up via Cheisacherhof to the observatory. | The observatory can be reached by car as follows: from Mönthal to Ampferenhöhe, then 500m down towards Sulz.
