The secret to a happy marriage is apparently a secret. Otherwise, why is it called "hei-raten" and not "hei-wissen"? Would complete openness be a concept for more happiness in marriage? But who manages to honestly ask their partner after 20 years: "Are you also bored - like I am?" A wise man prefers to say nothing to his wife: Nothing. So what to do when couples therapists have no appointments available? Buy a ticket for Stephan Bauer! Marriage counseling helps, yoga helps, but shouting "Shit" happily on a comedy evening is cheaper. After 30 years of marriage, Bauer knows: everyone wants to nail their partner to the wall at some point. The crucial thing is that you take him down again afterwards.
