On May 7 and 8, 2027, Ana Roš, the internationally acclaimed three-Michelin-star chef from Hiša Franko, will be a guest of Steinbeisser at Goetheanum in Dornach on the occasion of our tenth anniversary in Switzerland. Ana is creating a purely plant-based menu with biodynamic products from the Goetheanum garden specifically for this event. The biodiversity serves as inspiration for the artists to merge the evening into a total work of art in an extraordinary and sustainable manner.
