An fascinating trail of discovery. See the spiders of our city with new eyes. When the days grow shorter and temperatures drop, many animals face the challenge of overwintering – including spiders. But how do these fascinating eight-legged creatures manage to survive the cold season in our city? In this course, we delve into the mysterious world of spiders and learn about the overwintering strategies of the most common spider families in Zurich. During a short tour through the city gardening, we will discover together where they hide, what tricks they use, and how diverse their lifestyles are.
