Sound journey - sound healing with gong and crystal bowls - 1h

Description

Current program and further dates online at www.om-center.ch
We offer our sound journeys in Regensdorf twice a month. All other dates take place in Baden.

During our sound journey, we use the crystal bowls to bring you into deep relaxation. Afterwards, the sound of the gong creates powerful waves that flow through the whole body, touching every cell and clarifying and harmonizing every thought and feeling. You will let go of everything you no longer need.

The gong takes you exactly where your soul wants to be. Our journey continues with the four elements (fire, air, earth and wind). Your heart will sense what you need next and you will receive answers from within.

💫 Possible effects of sound therapy:

• Deep relaxation
• Relief from tension
• Reduction of stress and anxiety
• Improved sleep and increased concentration
• Regeneration of the nervous and endocrine systems
• Emotional and energetic balance
• Dissolution of unconscious patterns and fears
• Improved circulation and mobility, muscle relaxation

🎵 Sound therapy is an ancient, spiritual method of healing, rejuvenation and transformation.

Today, it is one of the most natural methods of connecting with yourself and your life energy.

💖 Come and share this experience - let's immerse ourselves together in the space of sound, where the body relaxes, the mind finds peace and the heart remembers what love is.
