Participants will have the opportunity to compare sought-after wines Pingus by Peter Sisseck and L'Ermita by Álvaro Palacios, accompanied by hand-cut beef tartare and toast. The evening begins with a glass of Cava and Rioja Plácet Valtomelloso, followed by tastings of Flor de Pingus, Propiedad, and Moncerbal. The highlight includes sampling 0.5 dl of the coveted Pingus and L'Ermita wines. Attendees can also explore our impressive high-bay storage and rarity room.
