Description
Marie-Lou runs her nursing home in a suburb of Paris. Despite resistance, she tries to introduce the innovative care philosophy «Humanitude», which is based on listening and caring while always respecting the dignity of the residents. One day, she meets Mari, a Japanese theater director suffering from cancer. This fundamentally changes her life. A shared mission and the love of language between the two women create a deep bond. This influences not only their worldview but also life in the home: with empathy and resilience, hope arises to make the impossible possible together.
