Guest at Gaskessel Bern on November 21st is GRACE DAHL, one of the most exciting figures of the current techno generation. Her sound? Powerful, hypnotic, and quite uncompromising. Heavy percussion, driving grooves, and enough energy to move even the last person from the bar to the dancefloor. Born in Budapest, raised in Spain, and later landing in Amsterdam, Dahl practically inherited the rave DNA. Her father was deeply involved in the scene in the 90s, and at home, records played instead of children's songs. She was behind the decks at 18, and shortly after, she became a resident at the legendary Vault Sessions in Amsterdam. Since then: Berghain, Awakenings, Boiler Room, Stone Techno Festival, and many other international stages. Releases on Exhale and Frenzy Recordings. In 2024, Dahl founded her own label, Serial Disc Touchers (SDT Recordings). No cuddly music, but techno with punch. Among others, featuring Alec Dienaar, Julian Muller, François X, and Onyvaa. And because a Grace Dahl doesn't have to come alone, there's support from Switzerland: Annina Frey meets Dee Jota in B2B, and Kevqube and David Kawka will also be on the decks.
