Slow Fashion Drive

Description

« Slowfashiondrive » is the second fashion show by Barbara Kurth and Thea Spiri. All pieces are designed and made by the two creators from vintage fabrics sourced from an archive collection. Forgotten materials are thus given a new life and become contemporary, unique, and lively garments. The models are people from Biel or connected to the city. The show takes place in the public space: the street becomes a runway, fashion meets the city, its inhabitants, and their daily life. The performance starts at 17:05 in front of the Congress Palace and ends behind the same building.
