Description
Renate Moser: She displays figures made of clay and Powertex "on the pedestal." She lives and works in a former factory complex directly on the Limmat. A harmonious, inspiring place, a creative natural paradise by the water. The artistic environment inspires her daily anew. The ideas for the figures arise during conversations with neighbors or while observing fellow humans. Sometimes the viewer recognizes a connection to themselves or an acquaintance in a figure. Michèle Roget: She is inspired by the natural presence of colors and shapes – by light, water, air, and the horizon where sky and earth meet. These impressions shape her visual language and give her works a special lightness. Open and curious, she continually explores new techniques and materials. Thus, works are created on canvas, wood, paper, and other surfaces, connecting the visible with the felt. Agnes Steinle: She finds her subjects in her immediate surroundings, whether in the household, garden, or holidays – thus, the mundane and inconspicuous gain great significance. Her preferred painting medium is acrylic, but she also creates many drawings with various painting media. The artist is a member of the SGBK, Swiss Society of Visual Artists. Markus Kuhn: The basis for his works are photos taken during hikes. He transforms these with different printing and painting techniques as well as cyanotype into artworks. He is fascinated by the constant change and destruction of landscapes caused by natural forces. This ultimately destructive process has its charm – it makes the untamable resilience of nature perceptible. Vernissage: Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 2 p.m. Opening hours: Tue / Sat / Sun: 2 - 5 p.m. The exhibition ends on Sunday, December 13, 2026.
