Description

This autumn, the Swiss Youth Symphony Orchestra presents an engaging program with pieces by Edvard Grieg, Einojuhani Rautavaara, and Jean Sibelius. Led by young Lithuanian conductor Izabelė Jankauskaitė, the concert includes Grieg's Norwegian Dances, Rautavaara's Cantus Arcticus with its unique bird sounds and orchestral textures, and Sibelius's majestic Symphony No. 5. Attendees can expect a diverse and enthralling classical music experience in a historic venue.
