We invite you to join our circle, where we’ll learn to improvise, express ourselves, connect with each other through sound, learn to support each other, and be fully present in the moment. No musical education needed — everyone’s welcome: beginners & pros. 👉On the Circle, we’ll:

• create our own melodies and rhythms
• experience complete freedom of sound
• have improv with words/ feelings • improvise with guitar/ piano
• have improv theater
• have the opportunity to lead a choir
• improve our voice and musical skills
• meet new wonderful people 🍀4:00–4:30 PM Tea & snacks 🍀4:30 – 6:00 PM Sound Bath

Michelle’s intuitive, musical, and sensitive playing with crystal alchemy singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments creates waves of vibration that calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore harmony.
The vibrations bring deep relaxation, clarity, and a gentle sense of being held, allowing what was opened through your voice to settle and resonate.
Lie down, relax, receive, and let the sound do the work.
