Sexdepps – A cappella with charm, wit and depth

Description

For over 25 years, the Sexdepps have been delighting their audience with high-level a cappella singing. Five men, five voices, five friends – their long-standing friendship and joy of singing together shape the sound, stage presence, and special closeness to the audience. Their program combines musical quality, fine humor, and touching moments – with well-known melodies, surprising arrangements, and songs with depth. “Our stages are everywhere” – in concert halls, small theaters, churches, on streets, and also in pubs. For the five singers, neither size nor setting is decisive, but the encounter with the audience and the joy of a shared musical experience. Within the framework of the Berlingen Concerts, the Sexdepps present a varied program between cheerful, thoughtful, and surprising moments – entirely in the spirit of this special concert series, where music is not only heard but experienced together. True to their credo “unamplified whenever possible,” the Sexdepps rely on the most original of all instruments – the human voice. Thanks to the excellent acoustics of the church in Berlingen, the audience can look forward to an unadulterated and immediate sound experience.
