Description

This course aims to teach children aged 5 and above essential swimming skills, including swimming 8 meters on back and front, diving through a ring, and self-rescue techniques. The program emphasizes water safety and orientation, with lessons held at Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht from August 14 to October 3, 2026, with 8 sessions of 30 minutes each. Participants should be able to glide 4 meters in shallow water and turn from back to front.
