Description

The Schwimmschule Amriswil offers a comprehensive course to help children learn proper underwater breathing, floating, gliding on the stomach and back, and turning. Participants will practice pushing off from the pool edge and moving forward 3-4 meters with alternating kicks in shallow water. The course requires children to be comfortable in shallow water and able to hold their breath underwater for at least three seconds. The program consists of 8 lessons of 30 minutes each at Rehaklinik Zihlschlacht.
