See with your own eyes what biodiversity is all about. There is time for shared observation and reflection. Gärtli-Tavolata at Restaurant Gurtners What do I do with sorrel? Which native wild herbs go well in a vegetable pan? Join us after the tour for a culinary journey through the garden. The creative chefs will prepare a tasty, surprising Tavolata from fresh harvest produce, served at Gurtners' kitchen table. The chef will share his thoughts on the dishes served. Due to the harvest, the dishes are mainly vegetarian. However, the kitchen also has the freedom to serve dishes with meat. Be surprised! The program is aimed at adult participants. For young guests, guided garden afternoons take place every Wednesday and Sunday afternoon.
