Description
If we humans would appreciate and love ourselves, our world would look different: no conflicts, no wars, much fewer diseases, and more peaceful communities, both in private and at work. Because whoever loves themselves and is at peace with their past is also a gift to everyone else. Whoever does not (yet) love themselves burdens - without wanting to - relationships with others, especially those close to them. Like our parents and grandparents, we have not learned to be our own best friend. We often treat ourselves harshly, overwhelm ourselves, and judge many things about ourselves and our lives. The unlived self-love and self-appreciation is one of the main causes of many deficiencies, crises, conflicts, and diseases. In this lecture, Robert Betz shows how we can find a new attitude and relationship to ourselves, how we can gather the courage to live the truth of our hearts, and thus achieve high self-esteem and positive self-awareness.
