Back in her hometown after a formative stint at Loophole, a cult venue in the Berlin DIY scene, Madeleine Sandri, aka Barbicop, stacks hyperpop, EDM, indie-pop, and electronica into raw, post-ironic lyrics. On stage, she shares the energy with her brother Lumbergucci on drums, a duo that has already stormed stages from Vevey to Vienna. On October 23, her debut album "Bombe sur le groupe chat" will be released: nine tracks that settle scores with failed love, sexism in creative fields, and family ghosts, and its release will be celebrated at RKC.
