Reading for joy is the foundation of a healthy society. But how do we raise an enthusiastic reader and maintain motivation? In a professional debate under the project Read for the Nation!, we will focus on functional approaches and discuss why literacy is key for the entire society. What approaches truly work in motivating both children and adults? How can we create an environment where reading becomes a natural part of life, and why is respect for individual reading experiences one of the prerequisites for the long-term development of reading? Whether you teach, work in a library, or read to children before bed, we will equip you for practice – you will receive specific methodologies, proven resources, and plenty of inspiration.
