Raul Midón

Description

The singer, guitarist, and composer Raul Midón has the honor of opening the second half of the 2026-2027 season.
From what he calls "smooth folk," through blues, soul, and jazz, to old pop, the blind artist continually surprises with his numerous Grammy nominations by reinventing himself over time and blending styles with astonishing ease.
With his sixteenth album "Invisible Chains Live From NYC," released in September 2026, the one who has worked with giants like Herbie Hancock, Snoop Dogg, Sting, and Dianne Reeves will perform solo on stage this evening, promising a truly emotional experience.
He will present his own compositions, which marked the success of the albums "Bad ass and blind" and "If you really want it," as well as the "covers" he embellishes with his groove and voice—switching effortlessly between English and Spanish—and captivates with his hypnotic guitar playing.
