This three-day course at GZ In der Au introduces participants to the application of QR energy for strengthening the body's natural healing abilities. Attendees will learn breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness exercises, along with hand and finger positions to direct QR energy to specific body areas. The course covers basic anatomical knowledge of the neck, spine, stomach, jaw, sinuses, ears, and chakras, aiming to deepen understanding and practice of this healing method. Open to all interested individuals, the seminar combines therapeutic techniques with QR energy to promote recovery and well-being.
