Description

Puding Pani Elvisovej (SK) Puding Pani Elvisovej (PPE) is a Slovak electro-indie-pop band consisting of Slivka (vocals), Miloš (drums), Pino (keyboards, guitar), Viliam (bass guitar), and most recently Martin Krajčír alias Isobutane (guitar, keyboards). The group was formed in 1995 in Košice and released their fifth studio album AHOJ at the end of 2024. This was preceded by a series of successful singles, including Polooblačná (featuring Milan Cais from the band Tatabojs), Ferrari Víkend, and the sonically hardest track in the band's history - Paradox Výmyslov. The new release expands their discography, which includes the albums Automati (2004), Play/Pause/Eject (2007), π (2010), Tektonická platňa (2015), and the 'zero' album Mohérpop (2021). From 2010 to 2012, PPE won the Radio_Head Awards three times in a row for Best Concert Band of the Year. In 2011, they also succeeded with the song Astoria, which won the Single of the Year award. Throughout their career, they have played hundreds of concerts both at home and abroad and regularly perform at the largest Slovak festivals, such as Pohoda, Grape, and Žákovic Open. They have also appeared at significant European events, including Colours of Ostrava, Rock for People, Sziget, EuropaVox, and TransMusicales Rennes. The music of PPE has a distinctive style that blends indie pop, electronics, and untamed vitality.
